"Ever read the report and see "Unable to fully inspect for termites due to slab edge being covered by garden or fill!"
Well I did, and also used to think we had a well designed slab house and even believed that the step down slab where there's an extra level of bricks below the slab edge gave us a better termite proof slab.....
