‘I think I might have termites. What should I do?’
It’s important that you disturb them as little as possible. If you have termites you will need a full and comprehensive termite inspection. Ring a reputable termite inspection company and discuss it with them.
‘How do I know who is the right company to assist me?’
Ring around. Get some feedback from termite experts. Then use your intuition and common sense to organise one to inspect your house.
‘How much is an inspection?’
All companies charge at a price they think is appropriate for their level of expertise. A word of warning… if the price seems lower than others are quoting there is usually a trade off somewhere.
‘Aren’t inspections all the same?’
No. Experience and expertise are the most important factors when inspecting.
‘How often should I get the house inspected?’
The Australian Standard 3660.2-2000 Clause 3.2.4 states that ‘Regular, competent inspections should be carried out at least on an annual basis but more frequent inspections are strongly recommended’.
‘Do you have insurance?’

‘How do you get rid of termites?’
Two methods are used, either a barrier or a baiting system are used- depending on the design of your home. If termites were found we would give you a full and honest appraisal of the best solution for your home, followed by a comprehensive no obligation quote to solve the problem.
‘Do you get rid of others bugs as well?’
Yes we do. We can take care of all other general household pests as well as termites.
‘My last pest man had a package deal. Do you have that?’
